Anaïs Ondet is the winner of Résidence Hors les murs #7 in Castelnau d’Estrétefonds. Castelnau d’Estrétefonds, a former village that has become a small town in the north of the Toulouse conurbation, has been experiencing profound changes for the past thirty years that are inexorably changing its identity. Halfway between a dormitory city and a major logistics hub, Castelnau d’Estrétefonds nevertheless retains markers of an ancestral rurality with a terroir of undeniable agricultural wealth. It will be for Anaïs Ondet through this residence of territory of two months to document and testify to this still present rurality by going to meet the different protagonists while surveying the territory in search of a sensitive topography of the landscape rural.
